Following a successful interview and reference checks, a supervisor may request in writing that a conditional offer of employment be given to the candidate. This request form is forwarded (or hand carried) to the employment technician in the human resources office at the Education Services Center, along with the necessary Employment Change Notification (ECN) form.

All classified employees will be required to have fingerprinting done prior to beginning work. Fingerprinting costs are $40, which will be divided and deducted from the employee's first two paychecks.

Some classified positions require a physical, which will be set up by the employment technician and paid for by the school district, providing the employee remains employed 90 days or more.

All new employees are required to show two forms of identification, such as a social security card and drivers license or passport. All new employees will be required to attend an orientation session to complete payroll forms.

New employees scheduled to work over 20 hours per week, will also attend an orientation session to complete the forms necessary to activate their benefits, i.e., insurance, etc.
